The link format

Every value is optional and goes in the query string of https://paceplaceservices.com/book. The page asks for anything missing. Opening a link never books anything: the person presses Confirm booking.

Booking link parameters
Parameter	Accepted values
service	One of: `holiday-assembly`, `lawn-mow-edge`, `hedge-trim`, `mulch-beds`, `weed-control`, `light-repairs`, `handyman-block`, `drywall-repair`, `punch-list`, `gutter-clean`. Leave it out and items mean holiday assembly.
items	For holiday assembly. `type:qty` separated by commas (`bike:2,crib`), or plain words (`2 bikes, a crib`). Types: `bike`, `ride-on`, `play-kitchen`, `crib`, `bunk-bed`, `bed-frame`, `dresser`, `bookcase`, `desk`, `chair`, `tv-stand`, `wardrobe`, `table`, `trampoline`, `playset`, `playhouse`, `basketball-hoop`, `fitness`, `grill`, `other`.
date	`YYYY-MM-DD`. Also `Dec 19`, `12/19` or `saturday`. Booking times: Wednesday and Thursday 5–7 PM; Saturday 10 AM–12 PM, 12–2 PM or 2–4 PM. Online booking starts tomorrow.
window	`10-12` (10 AM–12 PM), `12-14` (12–2 PM), `14-16` (2–4 PM), `17-19` (5–7 PM), a start time like `5pm`, or `morning`, `afternoon`, `evening` or `any` (the first open window in that part of the day).
name	The person booking.
phone	Mobile number, any 10-digit US format. We text the day before and when the crew is on the way.
email	Optional. Where the confirmation and reschedule link go.
address	Street address where the work is.
city	Optional. Defaults to `Wichita`.
zip	5-digit ZIP.
for	Optional. The person who'll be at the address, when it isn't the booker.
recipient_phone	Optional. That person's phone.
surprise	`1` for a gift: we won't call the person at the address.
notes	Optional. Gate codes, where the boxes are, anything the crew should know.
links	Optional. Product or manual URLs, separated by spaces (up to 5).
agent	Optional. The assistant's name, e.g. `chatgpt`.

Book it. Send an Idempotency-Key header so a retry never books twice.

Add PacePlace Services to your assistant as a connector. It uses Streamable HTTP with no sign-in.

Confirm the details with the person before you book.
Times are Wichita time (America/Chicago).
Never guess a phone number or an address. Ask.
Each booking holds an arrival window. Long jobs need an earlier start: check availability with the items.
The manage link in the response is private. Give it to the person; don't post it anywhere.
