Where the boxes wait matters as much as when we come.

  • Somewhere dry

    A garage, a closet or a spare room. Cardboard left outside soaks through.

  • Cover the labels

    Shipping boxes often show a picture of what's inside. A blanket or a tarp hides it.

  • Near the build spot

    Keep big boxes close to where the gift will go, with a clear path to it.

  • Tell us where they are

    Put it in your booking notes so the crew doesn't have to ask anyone.

    Contact the seller for a replacement, then move the booking to a day after it comes.
