Before we arrive
What we need from you
A spot picked out
Flat, open ground away from fences, trees and the house. The manual lists the clear space it wants around the frame.
The boxes out of the weather
Trampoline boxes are long and heavy. Keep them in the garage or the house until we arrive.
A way into the yard
A clear path from the boxes to the spot, and the gate unlocked.
The model, if you have it
Paste the product link or manual into your booking so we come with the right tools.
Time
How long it takes
One trampoline usually takes 2 to 4 hours. A small round frame sits at the low end. A large one with a full enclosure takes longer.
The booking holds enough of the day for the top of that range. You pay only for the time we're actually there.

Scheduling
When to book
Book once you know when the boxes will arrive, and pick a window after that date.
Christmas week fills first. A trampoline holds a longer stretch of the day than a bike, so the earlier you book, the more days you'll have to choose from.
Need it sooner than online booking allows? Call or text 316·990·6300. The Christmas planner covers hiding the boxes and surprise gifts.
Good to know
Kansas wind
Wind can move a trampoline. Anchoring it to the ground is worth asking about. Many makers sell an anchor kit for their models. If you have one, keep it with the boxes and mention it in your booking notes.
