Before we arrive

What we need from you

  • The box in the right room

Treadmill and home-gym boxes are heavy. Have the box in the room where it'll go before we arrive. If the store offers delivery to the room, it's worth it.

  • An outlet nearby

Powered treadmills and bikes need one close by. Many makers say to skip extension cords, so check the manual.

  • Room overhead

A power rack or pull-up bar needs ceiling height. Measure a basement or garage ceiling first.

  • The model, if you have it

Paste the product link or manual into your booking so we come with the right tools.

Time

How long it takes

Most pieces take 1.5 to 3 hours. A folding treadmill or an exercise bike sits at the low end. A home gym with cables and a weight stack takes the longest.

Two pieces, like a treadmill and a weight rack, usually take 3 to 6 hours.
